Prior to leasing a new tenancy, we evaluated and confirmed the space to be suitable for the present needs and future growth of the client, with the convenient matching of the two floors to the two business units.
To enable the open and collaborative working culture desired by the client, the workspaces were located around the contiguous perimeter area, and storage, filing and utilities were located around the core. The planning of workstations is on an orderly module to facilitate future change without the associated costs of "churn".
The plan and form of the reception area are based on the layering of circles and squares. Finishes include walnut timber and ceramic tiles. A geometric motif is worked subtly through the carpet, glazing film and partition details. A limited range of strong colours further lend vibrancy to the fitout.
