The brief required that the demolition of the interior walls of the upstairs bathroom, separate toilet, and closed veranda become an area to develop a large bathroom and separate hotel-like wet bar.
The conceptual idea was to form a refined masculine style for both areas; something gentlemanly and strong. With a modern take on an old idea, the interior design of the bathroom and wet bar was created to be sophisticated, simple and highly functional, with a touch of class expected of the old house.
