Some 9 tonnes of structural steel were required to allow the back wall of this double brick residence to be opened up to the garden.
A family room and decks were added, and an existing sun room was converted to an ensuite.
The outside of the house remains completely faithful to the original character, while the interior fit-out reflects our time.
